Top 14 Rugby TV
The LNR has launched its first ever global streaming platform TOP 14 Rugby TV in over 170 territories across the globe, powered by Two Circles’ StayLive technology.
As reported previously by Rugby Broadcast, the LNR entered a long-term partnership with consultancy and marketing agency Two Circles earlier in 2025 to support the LNR’s international ambitions.
TOP 14 Rugby TV is available in more than 170 territories, including South Africa, New Zealand and Australia. The service will stream every Top 14 fixture live and on demand and is available on a flexible monthly subscription and on a pay-per-view basis (depending on location).
The TOP 14 Rugby TV app is available on desktop and mobile devices, with AirPlay and Chromecast capabilities. At present, there is no smart TV app available.
New broadcast partnerships
The LNR has also announced that 11 broadcast partnerships are in place for the current season, covering more than 90 territories.
Interestingly, viewers in certain countries will have access to both the local broadcaster and TOP 14 Rugby TV – for example in Japan DAZN will broadcast 3/4 fixtures per round, with the remaining matches available via PPV on TOP 14 Rugby TV. This is not the case in the UK and Ireland, where Premier Sports’ coverage will remain exclusive. Full details of the availability of TOP 14 Rugby TV can be found here.

The Rugby Broadcast take
When the LNR announced a seven-year partnership with Two Circles in March this year, it was clear that the LNR was seeking to increase the visibility and popularity of the Top 14 on a global scale. Eight months later and the Top 14 is now being broadcast across the world – crucially, the competition is now available in major rugby markets such as South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
Now that the Top 14 has 11 international broadcast agreements and a streaming service in place, the league is in a strong position to grow the value of its international media rights and expand the visibility and popularity of the Top 14. A recent report by Oliver & Ohlbaum Associates has estimated that the total annual value of the Top 14’s international media rights is just €4.3 million. Undoubtedly the LNR views this figure as an opportunity for growth. In comparison, the Top 14’s domestic TV deal with Canal+ is worth a staggering €128.7 million per year from 2027-2032.
When the partnership with Two Circles was announced, expanding the coverage of the Pro D2 in new international markets was also highlighted – this could be the next step for the LNR.
