TG4 to broadcast AIL finals
Free-to-air coverage of the men's and women's finals secured
TG4 will once again provide free-to-air coverage of the men’s and women’s AIL finals this weekend. The double-header, a feature since 2024, will take place on Sunday, April 26 at the Aviva Stadium.
In the women’s final UL Bohs will take on 2023 champions Blackrock at 1:30pm.
St Mary’s College play Clontarf in the Division 1A final, which kicks off at 4:00pm.
Coverage from the Aviva Stadium begins at 1:10pm on TG4 and the TG4 Player, ensuring that viewers outside Ireland can also watch the action live.
The Rugby Broadcast take
TG4 has been broadcasting the AIL finals for the past number of years and the Irish broadcaster’s continued commitment to rugby comes at a time when the men's AIL is thriving. Both semi-finals attracted impressive crowds over the weekend, particularly at the Dublin derby between St. Mary’s and Terenure.
TG4's free-to-air coverage of both finals is a great opportunity for the AIL to reach a wider audience and showcase the impressive level of talent within the domestic game.
